Look Foil srl is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of this website. Users can navigate and use most of this website without having to provide any personal data. However, in certain cases, they’ll be requested to provide their personal data in order to access our services. The present privacy notice describes the way such personal data are collected and processed. This privacy notice only applies to the website ‘www.lookfoilsrl.it’ and does not apply to any other Look Foil srl websites, products or services. 1. Privacy notice
We need your personal data (name, surname – if provided – and email address) in order to answer your inquiries. Any personal data provided by the users to this website whether processed automatically or manually, shall always be handled by Look Foil srl in such a way as to guarantee its protection and confidentiality at any time. Such personal data may also be used for sales and advertising purposes as well as, in anonymous form, for statistical purposes. Upon his or her request, the user may at any time demand the erasure of his or her personal data from Look Foil’s archives. To do so, just follow the erasure procedure described below. Look Foil srl undertakes not to disclose or disseminate the user’s personal data outside the Company.

2. Personal data erasure procedure
Upon his or her request, the user may demand the erasure of his or her personal data by Look Foil srl at any time. 3. Rights of the user
We would like to inform you that any user can exercise his or her rights pursuant to article 7, Section II of the Italian Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003 nr. 196 summarised below:
1. The user is entitled to receive confirmation of the existence of any personal data concerning him or her, whether or not it was recorded, and to communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. The user is entitled to be informed about:
a) the origin of his or her personal data;
b) the reasons for using them and the way they are processed;
c) if the data are processed electronically, the logic applied to such processing;
d) the identity of the Data owner, Data managers, and Data processing representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as Designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, Data manager(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. The user is entitled to obtain from the Data owner:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of his/her personal data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) above have been notified, including in relation to their content, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. The user shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
on legitimate grounds, to the processing of his or her personal data, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of his or her personal data when it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or commercial communication or performing direct selling operations or market surveys.
The above is without prejudice to journalists’ professional secrecy and their right not to reveal their sources of information. 4. Personal data protection
Look Foil srl unconditionally protects the security of personal information. Various data protection technologies and procedures are used to protect the user’s personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, personal data are stored in computer systems with restricted access in controlled facilities. When highly confidential data (such as credit card numbers) are transmitted via the Internet they are encrypted using for example, the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

5. Navigation data
The IT systems and dedicated application software used in this website during normal operation detect information which is automatically transmitted via internet communication protocols. Such information is not associated with directly identifiable users. Among these are the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used to connect to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) records of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response to such request, the numeric code of the reply status sent by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and IT environment used by the user. These data are processed for the time that is strictly necessary solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to ensure its smooth operation.

6. Data provided by the user voluntarily
The electronic mail voluntarily and intentionally sent by the user through the various access channels available in this website and the completion of data collection forms determine the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address and user’s/sender’s data which are required in order to reply to the inquiries and/or offer the requested services.
